Shiatsu

Shiatsu is Japanese Acupressure using pressure applied to points on the body promotes energy flow and correct disharmonies throughout body using thumbs and palms. In addition to being deeply relaxing experience, shiatsu helps relieve stress. It amplifies the body’s own ability to heal itself.

Thai Massage or Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Massage or Thai Yoga Massage is performed in a slow relaxing manner, bringing benefits to skeleto–muscular, nerves and other systems of our body and mind by using hands, feet and elbows to apply pressure. This pressure, along with gentle stretching and yoga movements, releases blocked energy and it frees the body’s own natural healing potential to restore balance, health and harmony.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a combination of different kinds of strokes like effleurage, friction, petrissage, kneading, skin rolling and tapotement. Swedish massage is popularly used as a stand-alone treatment for sore muscles. The stroke techniques help stimulate blood and lymph flow, remove toxins, stretch tight muscles and underlying muscle tissue layers.

Reflexology

Reflexology – by stimulating reflexes on the feet, the organs of the body are stimulated allowing them to start unblocking and healing themselves, these reflexes allow the body to begin detoxifying and eliminating poisons which have built up through bad diet, thinking and habit.
