Living accumulates tension, it’s impossible to avoid, especially with the increasing pressure on modern life. The ancient, eastern practice of Yoga has in recent years become globally recognised as an effective way to release tension from the body. This workshop is designed to enable you to let go on a much deeper level, considering the mind, body and emotional state of wellbeing. Exploring ways to release tension through simple asana practice whilst drawing in vital energy and creating space in the body through the breath, culminating in deep rest with a yoga Nidra practice enabling you to reconnect with you true self.
