Where are you in your life right now?

In conversations with midlife women, I often hear how they may feel lost and unsure as to their future. 

They feel they have become invisible. 

As children we all have hopes and dreams, and when we reach midlife, we find ourselves at a crossroads.  It is a time to look back on our life and what has gone before. We may evaluate our life and question whether we are on the right track. Some women are not sure they are happy with how their life has unfolded.

They are no longer sure of their life purpose.

Or they may feel deep down they are not happy but are afraid to make any changes because they have been hoodwinked by society into believing their best years are behind them. 

I’m here to tell you, that if you have the courage to face your life with transparency and wise counsel, your best years could be right in front of you!

Who are you really?

In 2021 whilst adapting to the changes of menopause, I took further training to become a Life Purpose coach and have since been helping women connect with their true  purpose and reclaim their life. 

I can work 1-1 with you online or in person to help you deconstruct your life so that you reconnect to the essence of your inner child, and bring her into your mature woman’s body. Holding onto your childhood dreams, I can help you strategise and work out your new direction, or simply tweak your current path to gain greater clarity and intention.

Six transformational sessions to reclaim your life purpose.

Sessions are 90 minutes every two weeks over three months and can take place online or in person. Each session comprises of two sections: Your Life Purpose & Health & Wellbeing which includes simple wellness practices that can take place on a chair.

This is an intensive process with homework to complete prior to the beginning of each session. Throughout the process I will be contactable between sessions to acknowledge your progress, champion your successes and brainstorm strategies. If at any point you need to take a break, we can agree to reconvene at a mutually convenient time.

£970 includes six 1-1 90 minute transformational sessions, workbook, text/phone or email interaction between sessions

Session 1 Life-Purpose: Who are you?

Health & Wellbeing: Physical

Exploring the three pillars for optimum health. Including good nutrition, regular exercise and breathwork.

Session 2 Life-Purpose: What were you put on this earth to do?

Health & Wellbeing: Mind and emotion

It is all in the mind versus the pain is real – Life does involve suffering but forewarned is forearmed – having a real expectation of life enables us to be kind to ourselves when the going gets tough. What is the story you tell yourself?

Session 3 Life-Purpose: Life purpose deep dive

Health & Wellbeing: Self-care

Self-care is no longer an option – it is time to stress less and be available for rest and recovery.

Session 4 Life-Purpose: Steps towards living your life with purpose.

Health & Wellbeing: Work and finance

Money makes the world go round – how less is more. Learning to live with less – reduce, reuse, recycle. Find fulfilment in renewal of resources – good karma, helping the planet.

Session 5 Life-Purpose: Strategising

Health & Wellbeing: Social  

The power of community – belonging. How we relate and connect with others.

Successful community integration requires ability to maintain good relationships, respecting own and other’s boundaries.

Developing empathy and skills in conflict resolution.

Session 6 Life-Purpose: Self actualisation

Health & Wellbeing:  Spiritual

A sense of connectedness with oneself, with others and with the world beyond what we can see. Arguably, this is the key to living a life of purpose that can bring serenity and peace.
