Ceri’s Story

As a professional yoga teacher for 20+ years, Ceri underwent an abdominal hysterectomy in 2020. During rehab she applied her yoga practice, with further menopause yoga training, to navigate her way around midlife, and offers her experience and skills to support women through their changing years.
