Welcome to the green room and virtual classes with Ceri offering livestream classes and themed collections. Ceri is also available for online 1-1 yoga mentoring sessions and corporate wellness toolkit packages that can be arranged to suit your company’s needs.

I am Head of Psychology of a large sport organisation. As part of our inaugural “Wellbeing” Week I contacted Ceri Lee to see if she would be able to contribute to the event. Ceri Lee delivered meditation and mindfulness workshops across our event. Ceri-Lee was an exceptional presenter who was extremely knowledgeable with a “down-to-earth” approach. The attendees all felt at ease with her delivery and personality. In the sessions we had athletes who compete on the world stage to staff and family members of all ages. Everybody who attended the workshops took something away from the sessions and I received unconditional positive feedback about the impact of the sessions on both the attendees physical and psychological wellbeing. We will be looking to use Ceri Lee’s expertise in the future to work with our organisation, and I cannot recommend her input highly enough.

Ceri is a fantastic teacher, she explains all the movements and how your muscles work and react to each movement, talks you through the breathing and gives direction encouragement. She knows just how much to push you to bring out your potential. She is always cheerful and fun and friendly and welcoming. I always have a good yoga session with Ceri and am so glad we managed to do an online session, thank you!

Absolutely loving Ceri’s yoga, she has such a caring, inviting manner that makes you feel relaxed and at ease from the beginning. I really like the catch-up option as I don’t always make the live classes. Even though I find some of the poses quite challenging, Ceri will always offer an alternative and demonstrates how we can use yoga straps to help get into the correct positions, this has really helped me with my flexibility and confidence. I find the classes have a good balance of movement and meditation which is helping me to engage with myself and my breathing. I look forward to continuing my yoga journey with Ceri.
