Restorative Women’s Yoga Retreat

Restorative Women’s Yoga Retreat in North Wales

17th-20th September 2026

Are you seeking a space to pause and reflect as you approach the Autumnal Equinox? This luxuriously long weekend weaves together nourishing yoga practices, intention setting, healthy living, and a supportive sense of community.

The Autumnal Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance between light and dark. In the Northern Hemisphere, it signals the gentle turning toward winter. Like leaves falling from the trees, this seasonal shift offers an auspicious opportunity to release what no longer serves us and create space for renewal.

Throughout the weekend, Ceri will guide you through a thoughtfully curated programme of classical yoga, restorative practices, and guided visualisations. These meditative experiences invite you to observe the “falling leaves” of your past, using them as a symbol for inner preparation, reflection, and the unfolding journey toward greater awareness and balance.

The retreat will be held at Ty Capel, a former Gothic chapel house and multi award-winning retreat venue on the edge of Snowdonia in Wales. It is just 5-minutes walk from Tywyn station with a regular train service to London and all major cities.

“This retreat was pure magic. I came for yoga and time out, but what I found was so much more — a personal reset, a circle of incredible women, and a sense of belonging that went straight to my heart.”

Testimonials

“This is the first yoga retreat I have attended for many years. I chose to attend Ceri’s retreat as I have always loved the authenticity of her approach and delivery. This retreat was the perfect balance of asana, meditation, theory, soul work and reflective practice. I feel renewed and recharged like never before! Highly recommended and I can’t wait to go again next year!”

Every moment of the yoga retreat was special. From the first step into the chapel venue, where I was greeted so warmly by Ceri that I immediately felt I was in the right place. The yoga took place in the centre of the chapel with its high ceiling, circle of yoga mats, and shifting light from the huge windows, all creating a feeling of sacredness.  Ceri led us through yoga, meditation, visualisation, dance and red tent and each felt like a gift to my body, spirit and soul.  Our chef, Catherine, nourished our bodies so well, her cooking was a culinary delight. Ceri organised hiking with a brilliant guide in beautiful country hills. We also spent an afternoon walking along the most beautiful stretch of beach. It was all wonderful and I can’t recommend it enough.”

Ceri organised a wonderful restorative retreat at Ty Capel. Plenty of Yoga , activities and excellent vegan chef Catherine. The location, venue, food and people exceeded everything I was expecting and I have come home rejuvenated. I feel nurtured and ready to face the world. If you have never been to a retreat before-don’t be shy – go for it . You will not be disappointed.”
