Studio yoga

The white room is a studio with a serene ambiance complementary to the practice of yoga. Its large windows, white-washed walls and high ceiling create a wonderful sense of space in a calm environment. This unique studio is perfect for smaller classes to ensure greater personal attention and space for social distancing with high open windows for good ventilation.

The Yoga Light Centre is the ideal place to learn or practise yoga in a supportive, non-competitive atmosphere in the most beautiful, light-filled space.
