Beginners Yoga with Ceri

Wednesdays 6:15pm – 7:15pm

Learn the rudiments of yoga including good breathing practice, technique alignment in the basic asanas (postures), and proper relaxation to calm body and mind.

Available by monthly subscription with a tier payment system according to what you can afford to pay. Options are £30, £40, £50 for 4 classes, and made at your discretion. Classes are strictly limited to 5 people with Covid guidelines in place.

(Please be advised, missed sessions can be made up by attending an online yoga class with a complementary guest pass)
