Gentle Yoga with Ceri

Wednesdays 11:00am – 12:00pm

Take time to slow down, breathe, reconnect to yourself and refine your posture. Leave feeling balanced, aligned and a little lighter. All levels welcome.

Available by monthly subscription with a tier payment system according to what you can afford to pay. Options are £30, £40, £50 for 4 classes, and made at your discretion. Classes are strictly limited to 5 people with Covid guidelines in place.

(Please be advised, missed sessions can be made up by attending an online yoga class with a complementary guest pass)

“Absolutely loving Ceri’s yoga, she has such a caring, inviting manner that makes you feel relaxed and at ease from the beginning. I really like the catch up option as I don’t always make the live classes. Even though I find some of the poses quite challenging, Ceri will always offer an alternative and demonstrates how we can use yoga straps to help get into the correct positions, this has really helped me with my flexibility and confidence. I find the classes have a good balance of movement and meditation which is helping me to engage with myself and my breathing. I look forward to continuing my yoga journey with Ceri.”
