Gentle Yoga with Ceri

Wednesdays 11am – 12pm

Ceri invites you to explore your breath with simply flowing yoga and pranayama (breathwork), to restore energy whilst increasing suppleness and creating space to cultivate inner peace.

Classes run on a tier payment system Standing Order which is an average sum divided by classes running over a 12 month period. Please get in touch if you would like to drop-in to a class with the consideration that you may wish to commit to a regular practice. If a place is available you are very welcome to join. Drop-in is £12.
