Ceri invites you to explore your breath as a conduit for vital energy with a simply flowing yoga practice and pranayama (breathwork). Prana Yoga aligns the mind with the body, restores energy whilst increasing suppleness and creating space to cultivate inner peace. All welcome.

Available by monthly subscription with a tier payment system according to what you can afford to pay. Options are £30, £40, £50 for 4 classes, and made at your discretion. Classes are strictly limited to 5 people with Covid guidelines in place.

(Please be advised, missed sessions can be made up by attending an online yoga class with a complementary guest pass)
