Sivananda Yoga (general)

Wednesdays 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Enjoy a complete yoga practice that follows the general Sivananda format beginning with pranayama (breathing), followed by a dynamic sequence and 12 key asanas (postures) and modifications.

Classes run on a tier payment system Standing Order which is an average sum divided by classes running over a 12 month period. Please get in touch if you would like to drop-in to a class with the consideration that you may wish to commit to a regular practice. If a place is available you are very welcome to join. Drop-in is £12.
