Sivananda Yoga with Ceri
Wednesdays 6:15pm – 7:15pm
Enjoy an invigorating practice that follows the general Sivananda format beginning with pranayama, followed by a dynamic sequence and 12 key asanas including inversions. Previous yoga experience is advised.
Classes run on a tier payment system Standing Order which is an average sum divided by classes running over a 12 month period. Please get in touch if you would like to drop-in to a class with the consideration that you may wish to commit to a regular practice. If a place is available you are very welcome to join. Drop-in is £12.
