FAQs

I have only been practicing yoga for a few years; will I be good enough?

If you have practiced yoga for a minimum of 2-years, can provide a letter from your teacher affirming this, are committed to a regular practice with genuine curiosity and a willingness to learn, then you are good enough!

Do I have to attend all the in-person weekends and online classes?

Yes, you must attend the 6 weekends running throughout the year to complete your yoga training. These weekends are vital components to the course and nucleus of the training program. The online classes are live so that the experience is interactive. However, under exceptional circumstances allowances may be made with a minimum of 90% attendance.

I want to teach but am afraid to stand in front of people. How can I overcome this?

Many great teachers are introverted, sensitive, and find it difficult to stand in front of a group of people. These qualities are often those that make them truly special. We will provide you with props and techniques to help instil you with confidence so that you can go out into the world and shine!
