The Yoga Light Centre is a beautiful sanctuary accessibly situated in the heart of Ruthin, a charming medieval market town in North Wales and an area of outstanding natural beauty. Inspired and designed by owner, Ceri Lee, the YLC is built on yoga’s true nature and ethos; to join, merge and unite.

Studio
Studio classes take place in the white room with a light and serene ambiance complementary to the practice of many wellness practices. The large windows and high ceiling evoke a wonderful sense of space in a calm environment. This unique studio is perfect for smaller more personable classes in a warm space with high opening windows providing good ventilation.
Therapies
Therapies at the Yoga Light Centre include a variety of holistic practices that are naturally based nurturing mind, body, and soul to inspire optimum health and wellness. Treatments take place in the green room where the Buddha’s presence as a wall backdrop adds a naturally Zen feel and enhances the peaceful ambience.
