Restorative women’s yoga retreat in Wales
12th – 15th September 2024
You are warmly invited to a long weekend of yoga, healthy living, and friendship on the Welsh coast.
The Autumnal Equinox is a time when the earth is poised in balance of light and dark, and in the northern hemisphere is moving towards winter. Like the leaves falling from the trees, it offers an auspicious opportunity to let go of what no longer serves us.
During the weekend Ceri will guide you with a series of yoga, restorative practices, and visualised meditations that will enable you to observe the ‘falling leaves’ of your past and draw upon them as a symbol for inner preparation in the process of enlightenment.
The retreat will be held at Ty Capel, a former Gothic chapel and multi award winning retreat venue on the Welsh coast in mid Wales.
“One of the best UK retreats for 2023.” The Guardian

Testimonials from previous Yoga Light retreats
“Thank you Ceri for a lovely retreat. It was a gift of releasing, relaxing, and being. My body is more flexible now, my soul more at peace, and my lungs more fully accessed. The quiz was a great laugh and wild swimming an absolute treat.”
“Ceri is a special, unique yoga teacher with great insight and compassion. She will take you to places in your body, mind and soul that you may not yet be aware of – sometimes challenging, but mostly delightful. This weekend has been a magical experience with Ceri and the other gorgeous people who shared the journey.”
“Having done a yoga retreat in India, I can really say that Ceri is teaching the deeper message of yoga as it was initially thought of, and not the way it has become in the Western world. Also, Ceri is very knowledgeable, prepared and very sweet in her approach.”
